Again, bad GPU. What do any of you not get? A cheap GPU = bad performance. Balance the budget between the CPU, GPU and PSU.
The build will get 170fps+ though, right? I can't really get him anything else in his price range, the gpu is outdated but I think it'll do just for mc. He told me that's all he wanted it for but he could upgrade it later if he plays other games.

It can register up to 240 if trained, do you think 40fps and 60fps is different? If not you probably have an eye condition
